MONIN PHOTOGRAPHY GARDEN COCKTAIL CLUB LONDON

I was taking photographs today of Ollie and James who both used different Monin syrups for their cocktails, lighting is always the time consuming factor with these shots and using Canon Speed Lights does give great flexibility due to their compactness and the amount of light that they can produce. Three Canon 580 sped lights were used, the first camera left to light the bartender, second camera right to highlight the drink and product and third behind the tender camera right to light the back of the bar with Monin products.
The settings were 1/80th of a second at F14 for the majority of images, ISO 800 which brought in some nice warm ambient light from the over head lighting. The shoot ended with some product shots along with James Coston who is Monin's brand ambassador with a cup of coffee, another way of enjoying Monin's products.
