ZETLAND ARMS INN PHOTOGRAPHY KINGSDOWN KENT
01/02/2013
The weather was another typical winters day, rain lashing down and heavy winds so arriving at 1pm I was unsure of how busy the Zetland Arms would be, testimony to the pub, it's food and friendly staff it was packed. Locals, tourists and even a couple who had just relocated from Dubai to Kingsdown were enjoying the warmth of the newly refurbished surroundings.
After speaking to all of the customers about my presence there I started capturing the feel and atmosphere of the pub, their was fortunately a real mix of ages and thus I'll provide the client with a variety for the websites, press and general marketing purposes. The 50mm 1.2 worked a treat and the wide open aperture adds to the general feel of warmth and typical English pub that Shepherd Neame are after from the shoot.
