With all of the natural light coming in to the bar I only needing to light Sophie very subtlety with the first flash which was aimed directly at her 1/4 power, second flash camera right and on 1/2 power with the third flash behind the bar camera left on full power, this would then push a lot of light on to the Monin product behind Sophie. Camera settings were 1/100th of a second @ F16 ISO 400 with the 24-70mm lens at 50mm.
I also covered a variety of photographs of Sophie preparing the cocktail along with a few product photos of the drink and coco syrup that was used in the drink. The last shot was of Sophie on the bars impressive terrace overlooking the Thames with St Paul's Cathedral in the background.
