CARS ON THE GREEN CLASSIC AUTOMOTIVE PHOTOGRAPHY KENT

Arriving at 8.30am on a fresh and bright Bank Holiday Monday gave me the chance to capture the cars as they started to line up on the green, think of any car from the the 20's onwards and they would be turning up here today, the show has a great reputation for displaying not just classics but stunning examples, Bentleys, E Types, Austin Healeys, VW campers they were all here in abundance, the qulaity and numbers of E Types on display was a great sight to see.
With over 30 stalls on display with Kent based food companies, crafts and car cleaning companies their was plenty for the public to see and take photos of. The photos had to show the size of the show and how busy it was, the rich blue skies added to the bright colours of the cars, where possible I went for close ups on the brighter coloured cars, blues and reds worked well two cameras and the 17-40mm and 70-200mm lenses covered all areas, with the zoom capturing some nice candids from the day. The show raised just under £1500 for the Kent Air Ambulance, a great charity and look forward to next years show.
