DALCROZE SOCIETY DANCE AND PERFORMANCE PHOTOGRAPHY

Their was a real eclectic mix of performances today, showing movement and singing techniques across a wide age range and tutors from America and Australia passing on their years of experience. The 70-200mm lens was used for all of the dance and music photography at the Univeristy, this covered some wide group photos and then with its shallow depth of field at F2.8 worked well for the tighter crop images of the teachers and participants. Their was plenty of movement to contend with including running, juggling and a mix of exercise techniques. The Dalcroze Society operates across the world and these photographs will be used for their marketing materials, newsletter and website.
