STEAMPUNK WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AT BROOKLANDS MUSEUM SURREY
21/06/2013
I had already covered a pre wedding shoot with Andrea and Steve back in March which set the style for todays photography, with the majority of the 90 guests dressedin steampunk attire it was certainly a wedding shoot with a difference, their was also Steven's 1972 Aston Mertin DBS and a new Bentley GT convertible. The attention to detail was amazing, pocket watches, bottles of magic potions, goggles, cogs and the guests costumes really made the day even more special.
I used two cameras with the 24-70mm and 70-200mm lenses, the majority of shots were taken with the 70-200, this len creates great portraits with a superb depth of field and works really well for the group photos. Brooklands worked so well as a backdrop really adding to the victorian steampunk styling.looking forward to editing the rest of the photos early next week.
